When the psoric speaks or writes he does it very quickly. There is such a flow of thoughts that he can hardly follow it with his tongue or pen. The psoric cannot concentrate on his work, because his thoughts get ahead of his work.

The sycotic is unable to collect his thoughts or decide on the most appropriate word, hence the slowness in speaking and writing. He reads and re-reads several times but cannot

retain the idea.

Sycose: hypersensitive response to something specific arising from a deficiency of the normal response like tumors, allergies, keloids. Deficient feeling gives rise to an increased attempt to

General Nature:

Chronic sinusitis.:

Psora: arises from a history of the itch-mite or scabies infection. It is made up of sero-purulent matter of scabies vesicle (Vermeulen, 1994: 1336).

Sinusitis which presents chronic catarrh, coryza, and loss of smell, offensive odours, and purulent discharges (Vermeulen, 1994:1338), and for sinusitis with nasal ulcers that are slow

to heal (Farrington, 1995:147).

Frequent dry or fluent coryza, long continued obstruction of one or both nostrils, weak or lost sense of smell and polypi of the nose (Choudhury, 1997:14-22).

Sykose: arises from a history of suppressed gonorrhoeal infection. Gonorrhoeal secretions are used to make up this medicine (Vermeulen, 1994:1092).

Indicated for thick yellow discharges, obstruction of the posterior nares, chronic nasal and pharyngeal catarrhs (Vermeulen, 1994:1092).

Suppression of ailments as a result of improper medication, overproduction of secretions in the nasal passages and overgrowth of tissues like polyps (Coulter, 1998:157-242).

Often an association with tumourous growths and a peculiar odour of fish brine or stale fish (Choudhury, 1997:61).

Often indicated for obstinate nasal catarrh, nose that is sensitive to inhaled air, itching and crawling sensation in the nose (Kent, 1999: 728).

Syphillinie: arises from a history of a venereal disease infection by Treponema pallidum. The Virus is used to make up this nosode (Vermeulen, 1994: 1564).

Indicated for nasal ulceration; suppuration and bone affections as a result of complications (Vermeulen, 1994:1565).

Loss of smell, snuffles in children, dark, greenish black or brown thick crusts that are not always offensive (Choudhury, 1997:45).

Tuberculinie: arises from a family history of tuberculosis. Tuberculinum bovinum is used to make up this medicine (Vermeulen, 1994: 1618).

Indicated for green fetid pus (Vermeulen, 1994:1619), repeated exacerbations of local symptoms, usually accompanied by catarrhal condition in the chest (Coulter, 1998:157-242).

There is much sneezing and yellow thick discharges smelling like old cheese constantly dropping down the throat (Choudhury, 1997:86).

Often associated with adenopathy and hard glands of the head and neck region (Morrison, 1993:391).

Carcinosinum: arises from cases where a history of carcinoma can be elicited or where the symptoms of the carcinoma itself exist ( Vermeulen, 1994: 447).

Usually indicated for frequent tendency to coryza and recurrent sinusitis (Vermeulen, 1994:447), and those having a family history of cancer (Coulter, 1998:157-242), diabetes,

tuberculosis, and pernicious anaemia (Choudhury, 1997:119).

Schlaf

Strep Throat

Syphilis - fever during the night, grayish pus with blood streaks, a lot of crypts in the tonsils

Sykotisch: Krankheiten entstehen durch raumfordernden Prozesse und durch metabolische Störungen (z.B. Urämie, Bilirubin-Ungleichgewicht, hepatische Enzephalopathie,

Hypochondrie, Phobien, Imbezilität). Hier sind die wichtigsten Merkmale die Stase und die Langsamkeit.

The disease usually begins in middle age, more in females, but no age or sex is immune to it. Cause unknown.

There are following schools of thought-

1. Genetic predisposition: RA is common in HLADR 4 or HLADR 1 positive persons (Syphilis).

2. Infective theory: Mycobacteria, Paravoviruses, Retroviruses, Borrelia, Epstein Barr Virus, Mycoplasma as well as numerous others (Psora/Sycosis/Syphilis).

3. Autoimmune theory: T cells play the pivotal role in destructive RA by producing IgM (Psora/Syphilis). Pathogenesis

With advancement of disease, synovial membrane thickening (Sycosis), effusion (Psora/Sycosis), articular cartilage degeneration (Syphilis) and beginning of osteoprosis (Psora/Syphilis).

Ligaments and joint capsules become less effective supporting structures. Erosion of the articular cartilage (Syphilis), together with ligamentous changes, result in deformity (Sycosis/Syphilis) and contractures (Sycosis/Syphilis). As the disease progresses, pain and deformity increase ending with permanent disability.

Symptoms

Sykose: Der sykotische Mensch klammert aus, was nicht sein darf. Die Wahrheit, die Klarheit, den Tod. Ernsthaft todessehnsüchtig, zeigt nach außen aber kein Zeichen

Syphillinie: Der syphilitische Mensch fürchtet den Tod nicht (vs. der psorischen Koketterie mit dem Tod!), seine Tendenz hin zum Tod ist ernst zu nehmen, seine Resignation ist

stark und sein Lebenswille ist schwach.

Tuberkulinie: Der tuberkulinische Mensch zeigt eine Todessehnsucht, die den Weg zum Tod verherrlicht und dem Sterben religiöse, philosophische o. künstlerische Züge verleiht.

Es zählt ausschließlich der Geist: man will vergeistigt sein, man will verebben, man will durchsichtig sein, man will unphysisch sein. Man trägt den Tod bereits in sich
